Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility Window

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and protective liners attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will be rejected and sent back at the buyer's expense.

Non-Returnable Items The following categories are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance, final sale, or deeply discounted items

  • Intimates, swimwear, or personal care items where hygiene seals have been removed

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: A standard 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover processing and inspection costs, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full replacement or refund.

Refund Process Once your return package is received and inspected at our facility, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued strictly to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Exchanges We process exchanges as a return-and-reorder process. To secure a new size or color before it sells out, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order on strdior.com.
